We had a lot of space for 3 persons. Living area was great for a week’s stay.Location was near the restos and bars

Property was a bit dusty. Cleanliness and small details can be improved

Very spacious accomodation with complete facilities. Rooms are super clean.

disadvantages -. Being located along the busy main road, rooms are not soundproof. No driveway for alighting or getting on cabs/grab.

The spaciousness n having a washer cum dryer

Crossing the busy road in front is a challenge

You will got all you wish from an apartment ; living room, kitchen and bathroom amenities, clothing storage, extra pillow, and even washing machine with dryer, with complimentary house keeping.

Location a bit out of the old town tourist centre but close to a large shopping mall.

Very noisy location right next to a busy road. Neighbourhood is rather run down. Pleasant vintage look on the outside, but very basic fitting-out with same laminate board cabinets and wall panels inside. Reception desk communicated as little as possible.

Spacious, decor is a drab, not so clean, noisy, location near hawker Ctrs but iffy sidewalk. Beach?

checkin was an empty room off a busy traffic street with instructions to call a number for service which took another 20mn

Great location. A lot of famous eateries, a shopping mall, and a convenience store nearby.Large room and good privacy. Each hotel room has a completely separated unit.Comfortable and quiet. The bed is very comfortable, not too soft and not too hard. Soundproofing is very good, so although one of the rooms is facing main road, I could sleep very soundly throughout the night.Attentive staff. Although the reception is empty most of the time, the hotel staff is contactable through WhatsApp or phone call.Very clean. The living room, bedroom and bathroom all are super clean!

The room smells bad but this is not their fault. The outside of the room have the exact same smell as the room. We used a room air freshener (gotten from the nearby shopping mall) and the bad smell went away.

Location was ok

The entire apartment had a strange smell…. like mould. Even the lobby had the same smell , so had to complain and they sprayed some air freshener which helped a bit . Also, all apartments face a busy street so it’s very noisy, luckily I had a second bedroom that was in the back which was quiet . Will not recommend this place if they don’t resolve these two issues

We arrived past midnight; there was no one at reception, but a staff member arrived within minutes of us calling them to tell them that we had arrived. The location is central to where we want to go. It is a known address for Grab food delivery. making it easy for us to order our food on days that we decided not to go out.

A little bit noisy because it is on one of the main roads. Also, as there is no curb, it is a bit difficult to get in and out of the Grab car unless we wait as the end of the lot where there is a side curb for cars to park

Big space, location was very central! Right next door to a mall and the Hin Bus Depot. 15 mins walk to the heart of George Town. The rooms were clean and the AC was effective. Clean bathroom!

My biggest issue was that the internet did not work the whole time despite mentioning it to the staff for all 10 days of my stay. I had used up all my internet data while I was there. This was extremely annoying and a big pain since I work remotely.

Lovely apartment. Loads of space. Washing machine! Balcony useful for drying clothes but a little too smelly to sit out on. Easy check in by very helpful gentleman. A great comfortable space. Very close to local Food Market & restaurants. Serviced daily. 15 minute walk to free local bus stop. The CAT.

Be aware that the apartment is noisy. Its located on a busy road & we used ear plugs for a good nights sleep.

Looked nice and the rooms were spacious. Cleaners were efficient.

Staff were not there upon arrival, I had to phone twice before I got a response and a further 10 minute wait before I could check in. There was no mention of stairs. AC was broken in 1 bedroom so had to use the living room fir sleeping and it took several attempts to repair the unit. The road outside is very busy and noisey.

Nice size, clean and nice temperature with good aircon. Was slightly concerned about busy road when we arrived, but noise was no bother and if you use the crossing they will stop! Very friendly staff that came each day to tidy and make the bed. Also nice to have kitchen area. Oh and washing machine was very handy.

Worst aspect was check in, since none of the links on the email worked and we ended up at the property and no one present. Norris came in about 15 mins, so not the end of the world, but it was very hot and could easily have been avoided if links had worked. Shower was powerfully but wasn’t secured in its cradle, so it would want to do its own thing and the first shower I had ended with water all over the bathroom. Easy fix though.

Interior and facilities was very good and comfortable.

Just the check in process quite lengthy and took almost half an hour.

Very clean & spacious rooms. Our kids like the room.

The bathroom floor is quite slippery

Everything was great. I enjoyed my stay very much. The staffs were very helpful and welcoming. And the rooms are phenomenal

Nothing I'd say, but if I were to ask for an improvement of the rooms, I would suggest upgrading the tv to a streaming tv. The rooms were great, just nitpicking on the tv since didn't have streaming services, Netflix etc....

It is very nice that the apartment has a washing machine. The location is quite good as you can walk to many places. There's a hawker center nearby where you can enjoy local food.

Even though the apartment is on the second floor but it is just at the roadside so it is very noisy at night and in the morning starts from seven o'clock. The bathroom drainage was terrible but it was better after the staff fix the problem. But the floor outside the shower cubicle will still gets wet so be careful. By the way, ask for the indoor slippers if you need them. They will only provide the slippers when you request. Overall, the apartment is okay if you are looking for a place with washing machine and not too far from the nice places. But if you want to stay longer in Penang, you might want to look for a better place.

The second, separate bedroom was great for our daughters. Love the kitchenette and washing machine.
